This notice explains the planned use of optional Google Analytics 4 on Stariy.com. Analytics is not currently activated through the site’s approved installation. You do not need to accept analytics to read the site.
Optional measurement
Google Analytics 4 is intended to help us understand which articles people read, how they reach the site and whether the site is useful. Once activated, it will be offered as an optional choice rather than a condition of access.
Google documents that its analytics service can process session statistics, browser and device information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. Depending on the configuration, it can also measure page views and interactions. Google’s documentation describes the service; it is not a list of features currently enabled on this site.

Choice before activation
Our selected setup requires the Google analytics tag to remain blocked until you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics must leave it blocked. The setup must also let you reopen your choices and withdraw consent to future measurement.
We will activate analytics only after these controls have been checked and this notice has been updated to describe the actual collection, cookie settings and data-retention period. Withdrawing consent will not automatically erase information already received by Google.

Links to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. You do not have to visit them to read our articles. Google’s handling of information is described in its Privacy Policy.
Changes
This notice will be updated when the analytics configuration changes. The site’s separate Editorial Policy and AI Use and Corrections explain how we handle published claims and AI assistance; they are not substitutes for visitor privacy information.
